Grown on the high-altitude slopes of the San Salvador Volcano, this exquisite honey-processed microlot from Finca Las Mercedes is a true testament to El Salvador’s specialty coffee heritage. Cultivated by the Aguilar family, who have been growing coffee for six generations, this unique Kenia variety is believed to be a Salvadoran mutation of the traditional SL Bourbon varieties from Kenya, resulting in a cup with remarkable clarity, balance, and complexity.
