We’re proud to announce that 918 Coffee Co (British Eco Coffee Roastery) has officially become a Certified B Corporation (B Corp) — and achieved an incredible 130.3 points, the highest score ever recorded for a coffee roastery worldwide!
What Is B Corp Certification?
The B Corp Certification, awarded by the non-profit organisation B Lab, recognises companies that use business as a force for good.
Unlike traditional certifications that focus on specific products, B Corp evaluates an entire company — its impact on people, communities, and the planet.
To qualify, a business must earn at least 80 points on B Lab’s rigorous assessment. The global average score is around 51 points, which makes our 130.3 an extraordinary achievement.
